CoworkBR offers hourly cleaning services, providing flexibility and efficiency. This approach allows clients to hire services according to their specific needs, ensuring a consistently clean and organized environment.


Cancellation Policy

CoworkBR Service Scheduling Policy Objective To establish clear guidelines for service scheduling, ensuring efficiency, effective communication, and customer satisfaction. Scope This policy applies to all professionals involved in the scheduling and execution of services. Services will be provided by KBRAZIL or group companies, with CoworkBR being a KBRAZIL business line. 1. Scheduling Service Request: Clients must request services exclusively through the CoworkBR app or website. The request must include: Desired date and time Address of the location to be served Contact information Scheduling Confirmation: After receiving the request, the scheduling team will confirm availability and send a confirmation via app notification or email, informing the date and time of the service. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled date will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will not result in any refund. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only possible up to 3 days in advance. The client will receive a new confirmation after rescheduling. 3. Punctuality for Services Involving Professionals Arrival of Professionals: Professionals must arrive at the location at the scheduled time. In case of delay, the scheduling team must inform the client as soon as possible. Delay Margin: The professional may arrive up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances; however, this time will be compensated at the end of the shift. Access to the Location: The client must ensure that the location is accessible at the scheduled time to avoid delays. 4. Service Modifications Scope Changes: If the client wishes to modify the scope of the service after scheduling confirmation, they must notify the scheduling team. Scope changes may affect the time and cost of the service. 5. Feedback Service Evaluation: After service completion, the client will receive an invitation to rate the experience. Feedback is essential for the continuous improvement of our services. 6.
